Solid Grooves reveals the fourth instalment of its 'Raw Grooves' series as Carloh, CHKLTE and Shokë return alongside a wealth of new names including Francis De Simone and Inavo.

Launched as a home for impactful club-focused productions, Solid Grooves' sister imprint Solid Grooves Raw has released some of the collective's biggest go-to anthems of late, with artists such as Josh Butler, Ramin Rezaie, Beltran, JUST2 and Antss dropping heat on the label.

Usually an annual fixture in the calendar, 2022 becomes the first year to see two VA offerings on the imprint as the UK favourites return with the fourth volume of 'Raw Grooves', locked and loaded with both returning and fresh talent. Stepping things up again, the fourth in the series sees returning trio Carloh, CHKLTE, and Shokë drop fresh material while unveiling impressive label debuts from emerging names in Elijah Wolfe, Francis De Simone, Inavo, Kidoo, Havoc & Lawn and Dot N Life.

Chilean DJ and producer, Francisco Allendes, makes his welcome return to Kaluki Musik this April, teaming up with fellow label favourite, Nicolas Caprile, for their brand new, ‘Feel It’ EP. Between them, this dynamic duo have released on an impressive list of labels including Moon Harbour, Crosstown Rebels, elrow, Snatch and Under No Illusion alongside gigs at Creamfields, Awakenings, Tomorrowland, ANTS, Lost Beach Montañita, Treehouse Miami, BPM Festival and many more.

Their tracks have been supported by AAA DJs such as The Martinez Brothers, Michael Bibi, Steve Lawler, Pirate Copy and Mason Collective with plays across the UK and International Radio circuit including Radio 1, Kiss, Select, ResiDANCE and Radio FG. The ‘Feel It’ EP offers two dancefloor weapons, indicative of both artists unique sound and style, showcasing elements of Francisco’s organic rhythms and percussion, combined with Nicolas’ long and grooving basslines, percussive Latino drums and deep melodies that create an uplifting atmosphere throughout. Expect to hear this one throughout clubs across the UK and beyond this Springtime!

Most of you will know Classmatic from his huge “Toma Dale” (ft. Nfasis) on Hot Creations. Since its 2022 release, it has been a huge hit with DJs across the board, from Sam Divine to Vintage Culture, BLOND:ISH to Kaz James. So when he hit us up asking to remix Giulio Cadri’s sleeper hit rework of Hotel Ugly’s “Shut Up Your Moms Calling”, we were all ears. On this remix, Classmatic delivers the kind of percussion pleasure we’ve come to expect from the Brazilian tastemaker. Much like his rework of MAW’s classic “Everybody Be Somebody”, this one delivers. His clever drum work add a real punch to the groove, while Giulio’s chords and vocal sit majestically on top. With Mochakk already on board, this remix looks set to add another big tune to Classmatic’s arsenal.

With releases signed to respected labels including Saved, Nervous, Stereo, CUFF, Cr2 and his music finding support from A-List DJ's; Solardo, Chris Lake, Darius Syrossian, Steve Lawler, and Kaluki head honcho, Pirate Copy. The 'Touch Me' EP reflects Opri's unique sound throughout, offering perfectly mixed percussion, intricate bass groves, harmonious chords, organic drums and mischievous synths all beautifully combined with the sultry, soothing vocals from Mizbee.
