The Shapeshifters teases the deluxe edition of their 2022 studio album ‘Let Loose’ with a remix from Aeroplane. The long-awaited release on Glitterbox saw Simon Marlin work with luminaries from the world of disco, house and soul like Billy Porter, Joss Stone, Kimberly Davis and Teni Tinks, and the album succeeded in pushing The Shapeshifters sonic aesthetic, retaining the brassy, string flourishes and colourful instrumentation that we have come to expect. A year later, ‘Let Loose: Deluxe’ bolsters the original LP with remixes from fellow Glitterbox mainstays. Belgian disco producer Aeroplane remixes ‘Giving Me Something Better’ featuring Obi Franky, mixing rhythmic synth goodness into the funk-laden OG.

The now Sweden based Ben Worrall aka Crackazat releases many of his productions through the Local Talk label where the start of 2019 saw him remixing label mates Art of Tones, DJ Spinna, Lay-Far, HNNY for his new album, ‘Magic Touch’.

For this Period Works Vol.2 EP he has gone back into the ZR archives and selected three new accapella’s to create his new productions.

‘Fly Away’ features live keys from Crackazat himself taking the track into his trademark piano house sound. ‘I’ll Be There’ hits the same classic house sound while ‘Some Day’ goes deeper and more laidback with vocal loops and bass groove.

He released these productions with several prestigious international labels such as Sony Music Italy Universal Music, Airplay Records, EMI Music, BMG Ariola, Avex Group Japan, Ego music Italy, and many others.
He distinguished himself for his eclectic feature, consistently aimed to deliver elegant, catchy and refined house productions.
