Since I was kid, I was always skeptical of reality.  I questioned the existence of my parents, family, friends, and matter in general.  One of my earliest memories is sitting in a schoolbus staring outside the window, and generally questioning everything around me.  How could I be so sure that my parents weren't just figments of my imagination, or worse, a computer program designed to raise me.  I always asked everyone around me to prove their existence, to unsatisfactory results.  Lushpod #11 is a philosophical exploration of this question that has plagued my past.  Although I am fairly sure I exist, and I am pretty sure everyone around me exists, how can I really know?  LP11 features tracks from Nico, Ebony Jones, Gardens & Villa, dOP, Wasabi, Lou Reed, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., Yves Simon, Adriatique, Rudimental, and Mind Against. This Lushpod is dedicated to all the Victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

Lushpod #11 - None Of This Is Real

There was something special brewing on top of the hill pass Gate 13 at Lightning in a Bottle.  On Sunday, we created a magical journey to celebrate Brady's birthday.  A perfect confluence of love and magic.  Food and Libations were shared, new friendships were made.  It was so fantastic we had to miss Lee Burridge's set.  Thank you to all that were there.

From the ashes of urban nightmare and disenfranchisement, Los Angeles has emerged in the last two decades as a progressive city inching forward into the abyss.  We look at the new shapes, structures, and architecture that have emerged in the city's skyline.  From its beaches to its hills, we are witnessing the transformation of a magnificent city.  LP18 was recorded live at The Higher Path - LA (14080 Ventura Blvd. Sherman Oaks, CA) LP18 features Noveller, Deniz Kurtel, Apparat, Gusgus, Patrick Topping, The Clash, Joy Wellboy, Vario Volinksi, Ghosts of Venice, and Glimpse.
