We're back from our extended holiday period and we're proud to present our first release of 2024, this scintillating new EP from the Australian bushtechno weapon, Tom Baker. 

The B-Side, 'Weather Patterns' finds Mr. Baker venturing into dark, driving musical territories. With its broody and menacing character, this track acts as the perfect storm to turn a dancefloor inside out. 

The title track, 'My Mistake', was born from a serendipitous moment in the studio, a happy accident whilst messing around on the tools that evolved into a sonic masterpiece that is simply extraordinary. 

The EP is accompanied by a banging psychedelic techno remix of Weather Patterns by Greenwolve and a smooth progressive take on 'My Mistake' by Human Element. 

This journey is signed out by a bonus track - a 2024 edit of Tom's remix to 'Medusa' by South Punk, infused with newfound energy and vitality. Enjoy.

The main intention of this series is to expand music culture approaching this world music classics to another styles where they can be introduced in dj sets and get discovered by new audiences. This is a chance for people to get in touch with artists that otherwise they wouldn't discovered and the first step to dig into their musics, their cultures and their lives.

This beautiful song is from Devendra Banhart, a special artist that was born in the USA and raised by his mother in Venezuela mixing Spanish and English in his fabulous repertoire.
