Lola - Rumor

It was a rainy afternoon late it June when I, out of nowhere, thought: "I'm bored, I'm wanna make an UTAU cover" and one year later here I am. I didn't think that from that spontaneous thought I would still be doing this and actively trying to get better with each cover, so that I could make people happy with the covers I make. I may not know what I'm doing most of the time when making these covers, but I do know that I've genuinely had so much fun with each and every one of them. 

I want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, everyone who's supported me throughout my first year in UTAU and I hope you'll still be supporting me for years to come. A special thank you to my irl friends who, even though they don't listen to synth music as much as I do (or even at all), have listened/watched my covers and supported me from day 1. Another special thank you to CoffeeCat12 for being there for me, providing me with amazing art, and being my closest friend in the community.

I hope I get to make covers for years and eventually make my own music, and I hope you'll enjoy them. And finally, I hope you enjoy this special cover!

the process is roughly this:

1. Tune
2. Apply first layer of distortion - the effect is called Chariesis
3. Second layer of distortion - effect is NoAmp
4. Render out a whisper version of the track from Vocaloid
5. Apply effects and LAYER EVERYTHING
