Imo secret societies created mental health disorders to manipulate and disempower people, everyone has their ups and downs/hurdles to overcome that's just a part of the human experience. You decide how you think, feel and act not some mental health disorder that you've been diagnosed and labelled with (a healthy diet and lifestyle also goes a long way to help improve your mental health). The hard times your experiencing will only make the good times you will experience that much better. Im not suggesting that mental health doesn't exist it varies from good to bad and anywhere in between and i sincerely hope yours improves, i am however suggesting that mental health disorders were created by people in secret societies who may have had malicious intent behind the creation of said disorders.
