3.11.2021 / Eva Falt fell in love with the techno scene in 2004 in London and since then she´s been it´s faithful observer. Events of last year, the longing for musical club experiences and slowing of time gradually led her to Ableton, dusting off the old controller until the decision to master CDJs. What began as innocent fun has twisted with unexpected intensity during 2021. Together with djs Slater and ka.za, she found the Weltraum collective, has both club and festival performances behind her and continues in enthusiastic discovering of her new role on the Prague techno scene.

3.11.2021 / Eva Falt se do techno scény zamilovala v roce 2004 v Londýně a od té doby je její věrnou pozorovatelkou. Události loňského roku, stesk po hudebních klubových zážitcích a zpomalení času ji dovedly postupně k Abletonu, oprášení starého kontroleru až po rozhodnutí ovládnout CDJs. Co začalo jako nevinná zábava se v průběhu roku 21 zvrhlo s nečekanou intenzitou. Spolu s djs Slaterem a ka.za založila kolektiv Weltraum, má za sebou klubová i festivalová vystoupení a pokračuje v nadšeném objevování své nové role na pražské techno scéně.

Trevor Linde is a leading figure from the Polygon collective that's had a transformative influence on the Czech clubbing scene since 2015. He hasn’t just kept it local - his music concepts have been tested at legendary clubs such as Herren Sauna (Berlin), IFZ (Leipzig) and Larm (Budapest). His interests oscillate between groovy techno and obscure sounds from the past and beyond. Both Trevor Linde’s dj sets and productions have evolved since the early Polygon years, but their spellbinding quality hasn’t wavered.

We asked Trevor Linde how he approached this mix, and here’s what he had to say: "For me, the internal tension/groove is one of the most important aspects in dance music. I’d say that this is probably the key the makes me feel, internally, whether or not a track works for me.  I also tried to convey my impressions and the enthusiasm I feel for the current prevailing atmosphere in the dance music scene — I think there are lots of ears that are now wiling to accept sets with much broader emotional and genre diversity.”
