Clearshot formed in 1996 in Derry. After gaining support slots with bands such as At the Drive In, Murder City Devils and The Dammed they came to the attention of ex Happy Mondays manager Nathan McGough who released Keep Her in a Box on his Yogaboy Label. The band finished under tragic circumstances when bass player Marty McCafferty took his own life in Dec 2002. 

Cahir and Craig from Clearshot went on to form Fighting With Wire who will be releasing their 2nd album 'Colonel Blood' for free on May 21st.
