To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Metroid series and the recent release of Metroid Dread, I have recreated the main theme which was originally presented as the prologue intro theme of Super Metroid and reappeared in subsequent games in the series including Metroid: Other M, Metroid: Samus Returns, and Metroid Dread. 

I reconstructed the theme from scratch using modern instruments, bombastic percussion, and punchy sound design elements while faithfully retaining the dark signature of the original Super Metroid soundtrack.

Here is an orchestral remix I created of the ominous theme that appeared in perhaps my most beloved game of all time: Zelda: Majora's Mask: Majora's theme. The theme has always stood out and thought it would be a good challenge to tackle this theme and see how it would sound with a virtual orchestra. Here is how it turned out!

Ah the Fusion Dragon. I remember when I was 9 at an airport trying to beat this boss for the very first time. I died like 4 times and ended up grabbing a calculator to add the total damage I was doing to him alltogether. When it hit a certain number and I solve that final boss dissolve into grey with that "whoosh" sound, it was the most satisfying moment of my childhood life.
