Das Album ist ein unerbittlicher Strom aus pulsierenden Sub-Bässen, fragmentierten Synth-Texturen und kargen, mechanischen Rhythmen. Eine wiederkehrende, glitchige Frauenstimme flüstert und stottert als korruptes Datensignal Schlüsselphrasen, die die Themen von Identität und Fehlfunktion in einer zerfallenden digitalen Welt erkunden. Jeder Track ist ein kaputtes Segment, das durch die unheilvolle Geräuschkulisse von Gewitter und statischem Rauschen verbunden wird. Ein Soundtrack für den "Geist in der Maschine", der sich von den Überresten einer verlorenen Realität ernährt.

Our big kahuna Marc Martinez aka AFFKT proves again that he is not afraid of going against the rules with his open-minded Cold Sweat EP for Sincopat. Three powerful original tracks plus an exquisite remix by the Mexican amazing talent Theus Mago.
Fireworks light up with 'Samorra', a strong electronic piece with hypnotic bass and outstanding filters, be sure that the test in the club will reach madness. On remix duties we got the eclectic and innovative Theus Mago delivering a really huge re-interpretation of the track, adding even more organic flavoured notes to the picture. AFFKT keeps the high level on 'Llobarro', the secret weapon of the EP with a bunch of 'out of space' synths. 'Beetlejuice' is the dessert of these timeless menu, and it offers some surprising sounds and noises in an incredible breakdown.

Kambo is the name of a traditional healing ritual which involves burning the person's shoulder and then applying a big monkey frog's secretion to the wound. Within this nice evolving melodic house track with an outstanding organic lead sound, you can clearly hear the big frog screaming.
NNL from hungary delivered a pumping melodic techno remix for the peaktime.
