Erika did this with mediocre tracks from my mediocre machine from across oceans and made it wholesome and enjoyable to listen to bringing out the true essence of the moment! Adam & I are deeply grateful for her time and energy. She is a true Rock & Roll Diva that deserves the worlds recognition for her numerous contributions to the art! BBC Introducing East Midlands Track of the Week - 25/05/20

Michael wrote Dead and Buried after being laid off work on a Friday morning. Half-remembered drunken mishaps filtering through a hazy hangover, he lay on his bed with his unplugged Stratocaster. Enthusiasm was low. But sometimes, you've just got to write. Cracks were beginning to form in a long-term relationship, fuelling the lyrics and pumping the track full of rage. Dead and Buried is about self-destruction. The term is used to describe the need to move on from all of the nonsense that was causing such frustration. An hour and a half later, the song was finished.
