Known for their outstanding My Tech House and My Deep House compilations, the aficionados at Push bring their curatorial talents to bear on the realm of Progressive House with an anthology that delivers a diversity of sounds in addition to the hallmarks that have made the genre such a peak-time favourite.

Two exclusive tracks set the tone - the stripped-down Haze-M Remix of Phonique's deep house classic 'Feel What You Want' and Oliver Lan's rework of the most seminal trance track of them all, 1993's 'Cafe Del Mar'. Big-name veterans and rising stars jostle for attention. Olivier Giacomotto - head honcho of Definitive Recordings - delivers the bass-driven, spring-loaded 'Dawn', while Joeski brings 25 years experience to the swirling, acidic monster jam 'XXX Part 2'.

Elsewhere, there's a stunning range of textures and vibes. Saccao & Shake Sofa and Cosme Martin & Christian Vila contribute a Brazilian-tinged featherlight groove and a full-on carnival explosion respectively. The brothers from Halle, Monkey Safari, cushion Bon Iver-like vocals on a bed of sustained pads and rich harmonic layers. Marseille's N‘to demonstrates a talent for sinuous synth melody on two contributions, 'Plein Ciel' and 'Petite'. Sascha Kloeber brings his own vocal flourishes to a hypnotic deep house jack; PAX
throw in chugging synth riffs; Beckers sprinkles his groove with tasty UK-garage inflections. And Worakls and Joachim Pastor both explore tuned woodblocks and idiosyncratic chimes on a textbook foundation of builds and drops.

Contributions hail from every corner of the globe. Switzerland's Khainz serves up ‚Ice‘ for the darkest and dirtiest of dancefloors; a Norway-Czech-Australia axis delivers the soulful vocals and bass undulations of 'Madness'. Last up, Muzzaik's 'Gravy' hits you with a giant Hungarian kick before winding you up into frenzied ecstasy, more than a match for Emil Berliner's dancefloor bomb 'What's Love'.

Worakis - Toi

We’re back in the capital with the 8th installment of the “Stil vor Talent Berlin” compilation series, which brings forth a group of old and new faces, who exclusively contributed unreleased tracks, gathered under the umbrella of one of Berlin’s derelict treasures. Neukölln's Blub, short for "Berliner Luft- und Badeparadis", was a waterpark opened in 1985 in the Britz area. After its closure in 2002 the site fell into disrepair, waiting for housing redevelopment and revealing a fragile beauty in its decay as days go by. 

Like all of Berlin's remaining ruins, Blub serves as a reminder of long-gone times, while amplifying the current tensions between aggressive gentrification and useful repurposing.

As always, music is the common denominator and Oliver Koletzki delivers the perfect soundtrack with this new release, while Chrisse Kunst renders the visuals.

We are proud to have a new remixer on board for Teho's "Polytone" album, an artist who doesn't need an introduction, the one and only Joachim Pastor!
He re-interpreted the tittle "Anything" choosing to make it darker and stronger with an heavy bassline, hammer synths and powerful drums! Full of tension from to beginning to end, but also with some melodic breaks which let the light lead us into a certain melancholy before dropping again into a straight techno track!
