bubbling LA Acid throwback: Year: 1996 - Label: Bassex - Track: 'Hold Your Wig' by Metro LA (Mike 'Xpando' Knapp and dj Eric Davenport).  I'd done this remix with ancient gear - it was flawed and the timing drifted in an unfriendly manner - Despite all that i recently locked the drift, stripped it lean to 3:30 minutes, and started dropping it in sets again.
 For you now is that edit at 320k. xx

A kingpin Los Angeles Dj playing some funky ass house and breaks in 1996/1997. It hasn't aged a bit. I believe this recording was lost when the Metro record label disassembled in the late '90s and this was the only known copy to exist. Thanks to Brad Zeiler for providing the dub!!!
