One of my favourite numbers from Andrew Lloyd Webbers musical, 'Evita'.  Che is the one role I'd like to play one day.  I've always wanted to be able to nail this one down, I think I'm almost there. Another one of my multi-harmony, multi-layed tunes.   However I need someone to record the section of rap for me because I am oh so not skilled in that department, I stuck it in for a laugh, as proof that my tongue can't handle those rhymes!  This was one of my favourite tracks from the 1990's that eventually I knew I would record.  *** I've fixed the rap section and remastered it, sounds a little better not so many trip-ups on my rap section at least!

One of the few Kylie songs that I manage the range.  This one is dedicated to S.S. who is Kylie mad!  I know there there is a stupid cel phone vibrating on my desk at one point that I didn't catch when mastering the track.  Oops.  Will fix that later. I need to clean up the distorted backing track as well, the levels of bass make it quite fuzzy.

This is a work in progress.... Background on this song:  It is featured in "Grace of My Heart" and is sung by Kirsten Vigard, but was composed and performed by Burt Bacharach & Elvis Costello.  It has been re-recorded by Bette Midler and Audra McDonald and Idina Menzel and a few others.  I'm waiting to tackle it again when I've got my falsetto down smooth.

Science Fiction Double Feature from Rocky Horror Picture Show sung by R. Clifton from the Film Soundtrack.  Still need to fix some occassional fuzz noise ... did normalize the track so it isn't as loud as the first posting was. I had a summer job working at a movie theatre that screened this on Friday, Saturday at midnight. While I was out in the lobby, I could hear the music, and that was good enough for me.  So, as with all of the tracks that I sing, my musical history comes back to haunt me.  (re-mastered Sept 2015)

I heard this track as a kid back in the 70s  and thought it was beautiful poetry set to music.  I think its one of the greatest love songs written for the stage!  In order to get through it I have to sing beyond my range, so here comes my attempt at falsetto (crack,crack,ahem!)  Yikes.   Lyrics are :

I just heard a few bars of this song when my youtube was autoplaying, which is normally annoying, but I'm glad it brought me to this song. Gary Barlow is full of energy, and life in this music video, not only did it make me want to dance, but also record it myself and do it "clifton-style."

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS:  I am working on this for an album I am recording for my one year old nephew.  Using a vintage AM radio filter on one of the voice tracks to give that vintage sound, but in contrast keeping a deep bass sound on the other end.
