For the first release of Leeds born, London based label Mutual Response, R.O.E. delivers a club ready four-tracker with proven success on dance floors across Europe. The EP includes four varied productions from Ollie’s extensive catalogue, making a record which has something suitable for all hours.

‘Cyber Love’ continues the sinister themes of the previous side but increases the energy. More of Ollie’s trademark distorted vocals support a punchy low end and scattered percussion powerfully overlays levels of warping acid melodies.

Melómana opens the year with a compilation that brings together producers who have marked and defined the musical orientation of the label. Its reference 039 is not only a testimony of long-term work, it is also the announcement of what is to come this year 2024.
The compilation brings together songs by artists such as Panka Panka, Azaria, Yahaira, JGR, Jackwasfaster, Ludviq, Nick Hanzo, Macaulay, Mijo, Pastor in Vegas, Rubinskee, Ademarr, Joseeph. Established talents on the scene, as well as emerging projects, offering an approach as designed for the track as it is for home listening. Altogether, we find fused rhythms and rich soundscapes that lead us to an exploration as fluid as it is captivating. The album offers us a dynamic contrast that shows the versatility of a timeless project, created from talent, meticulousness and sonic coherence.The level of production of these guys is intense but, on the other hand, the care of the sounds they release is at the level of those who do things because they want and with the time they really need. The tracks have strength and jump over the prevailing conventions, knowing how to avoid the most recurrent rawness and darkness, seeking dance but without predictable tricks and without exceeding an understandable level of experimentation suitable for the dance floor.
We could say that each producer summarizes their intentions in this compilation, seeking novelty without losing nostalgia, that they play with the genre but without falling into predictable tricks, nor into the arrogance of those who get wrapped up in a genre or mannerism to demonstrate that They have personality. Freddy Be & Savi Leon return to the label this time with vocalist DNCN on the 'Habitual EP' , A superb follow up to last years 'Benevolence EP'

Opening track 'Habitual' is a deep & moody affair with incandescent flair and the legacy of DNCN's vocal's . Percussive rhythms and a mystical groove wrap themselves around the vocal with hypnotic effect , A sure fire attention grabber.

Gorge takes the original and put's it firmly on the knowledgeable tech house floors , fully retaining the main vocal Pit brings the levels up and delivers an underground tech house gem that while keeping the flow of the original adds a more tougher edge to the track proving why he is at the top of the game when delivering those special moments to a floor.

Next up and fresh from his Beatport top 10 hit on the label is George Smeddles and in true Smeddles fashion the groove is utilized to major effect with a more faster paced tribal percussion feel and a super cool burning bass line that will shine on big systems and big rooms.

Closing the EP we have 'Stay Up' and here Freddy & Savi move straight to the peak time with a thumping bass led groove with staggered vocals all wrapped nicely around a heady kick and rhythm section . A welcome return to the label for LA's dynamic duo'
