//Humans have always wondered what the beings on Procyon look like.

We look much like you, actually. Written in the ancient hologram of Narak - our first ascendants were of human tribes. Primitive in nature, their vessels made the great migration post AI; Earth became overcrowded and some populations made the move.

We are excited to feature Gracey as our 24th Transmission. Her ever-growing popularity has seen her grace Naarm’s top venues such as Xe; Guerns; Ferdydurke & Killing Time. her sound echoes what we love and this mix is something we can communicate with.

In her set, she combines all that we love - showcasing rhythmic 90s trance; combined with Hard-hitting bassline and whispers of psy-trance & breakbeat elements to really bend your mind.

This is a name that probably doesn’t need a long intro: Cassettes for Kids. CFK is a main-stay in the Naarm music scene, with an impressive fulltime dj/producer career. We really we were just interested in his StarWars tattoo.

"For this mix I’ve put together a little journey through different styles of house that I love - from deep to tech to classic. I wanted to create a set that built from beginning to end with the intention of keeping it rolling and grooving throughout. This one features lots of boppy bass lines and vocals which I love hearing and playing. My favourite track at the moment sits in the middle of the set called Love Attack by RSquared. It has an 80’s indie feel with lots of whips and big open snares. The vocal just makes me smile and feels super nostalgic. I hope you enjoy listening!!"

Time to kick it up a notch. Transmissions from the Hotbox are coming in faster than usual. Our next Hot Series is delivered, pun intended, by DJ Delivery Guy. He describes his sound as electronically-driven, yet spacious enough to allow some breathing room. Recently, A deeper dive into the vinylverse has given him a more distinctive perspective on his own tastes and has enabled him to channel his own spirit more clearly in his sets. 

Our next guest takes control of our tenth Hot Series in a fitting manner, blasting through two hours of energy inducing choons serving as a portal to the weekend, even though it was recorded on a Sunday morning. Fueled by weeks filled with exhilaration, DJ Delivery Guy offers us a sample of his sonic concoction in our forthcoming Hot Series.
