‘Exstasis’ explores the relationship between the natural and synthetic. Breaking down the boundaries of life and robotics, its rich ambient textures and natural atmospheres are woven together with icy electronic leads and robotic melodies. ‘Extasis’ conjures up overwhelming emotional waves in chaotic trance soundscapes that are given space to breathe in the air of stripped back naturalistic ambience. The album and its cover art explore the threshold of spirit and technology, creating an abstract convergence of the two and exploring what it means to connect with nature in a mechanical world.

Worship of the sun, the quiet madness at the moment of sunrise in Tokyo− The dazzle and desolation of adolescence in the metropolis of despair is refined into a euphoric, trancy soundscape.

Solace From The Sun is the long-awaited debut album from Ichiro Tanimoto, leader of Tokyo-based trance cult Minna-no-kimochi and
founder of the label Mizuha 罔象 @mizuha-cc, both of which are at the forefront of the neo-trance movement in Japan.

The album contains 14 blissed-out, post-rave tracks, including a collaboration with Silént Phil, a Russian electronic musician who passed away in 2021. The artwork is by Kazuma Watanabe, graphic designer for the Minna-no-kimochi collective.

Giselle (@37735i6) is an ambient artist from Nebraska, USA. She is an avid outdoor runner and is constantly immersed in ethereal scenery and sounds; miles and miles of transmission lines, big sunset skies, open prairies, and clear horizons that constantly emit peace. Her music and mixes echo the feeling of running through these beautiful dreamscapes while deeply contemplating the meaning of natural and creative processes.
