This one starts with a sound check in an empty room…….

Within an hour, the Golden faithful, and the Back in the Day family, had filled the room to bursting, for the busiest Golden Classics event yet! 

People had travelled from Derby, Nottingham, Leeds, Birmingham, and even as far as Kent and Buckinghamshire, just like they did in the 90’s, when Golden was the most super, of Super Clubs! 

I played a selection of early 90’s inspired tunes, to set the scene for Graeme, Pete and Dave to show us all how it is done! 

Hats off to the dancers who packed the dance floor from the get go, until the big lights went on, I love you all! 

And I’ll see you all again soon!
