36-й подкаст Кинематики записал @reykt, диджей из Киева. Насладившись красивым и беззаботным электро-трипом, мы расспросили Евгения о его отношениях с музыкой и вечеринками.

— Расскажи о первых тусовках, на которых был. Какие ощущения испытал и за какими ощущениями гонишься, играя и бывая на тусовках как посетитель?

— Отправной точкой я бы назвал Схему в 2015-ом. Мне тогда было 17, и мне очень понравился сет Инги Мауер. А уже через месяц я уехал на учёбу в Нидерланды. Буквально в первую неделю жизни там я случайно выяснил, что Инга на тот момент «базировалась» в Амстердаме. Я ей написал, и она пригласила на вечеринку в Гааге. Я тогда даже не осознал, с каким андерграундом посчастливилось столкнуться: какой-то подвал в, кажется, жилом здании, пробираешься по едва освещенным коридорам, ориентируешься на звук. А на входе, в миниатюрном коридоре, помимо фейсера, лежала толстая собака, на собственном коврике, и для неё явно всё это было не ново. Меня до сих пор привлекает такой сырой вайб. Всегда предпочту его вылизанным клубам с опрятно одетыми людьми в рубашках и на каблуках. А больше всего мне нравятся заведения, которые в себе объединяют и «сырость», и комфорт - как, например, De School. Школьное здание с характерной плиткой, дверьми, коридорами, отличное освещение, сад со столиками и баром во внутреннем дворе, который утром и на викендах превращается в танцпол. Выставки и перформансы, а под землей — ещё танцпол, зачастую практически без света, зато с очень интенсивной музыкой. Любимый клуб, жаль, закрыли.

— Расскажи об отличиях тусовок в Голландии и Украине. Бывало ли, что вайб и там, и там один и тот же, или что-то очень сильно всегда разнится?

— Между украинскими и голландскими тусовками я всегда выберу голландские: там люди радуются и веселятся. У нас же чуть больше в публике драмы, изоляции, высокомерия, токсичности. Это если сравнивать лучшие вечеринки, известные места. В подполье и голландские, и украинские тусовки могут быть очень уютными. И у тех, и у других есть свои преимущества и недостатки, вытекающие из разницы между культурами и уровнями жизни. Последние несколько лет в Киеве всё очень стремительно развивается, и появляются новые места, в которых я вижу много идей, напоминающих мне о вечеринках в Нидерландах и Германии. 
Сложно словами описать, какие впечатления я ищу в этой культуре, но я люблю танцевать и делиться музыкой, которую нахожу. Поэтому мне интересно находиться по любую стороны от диджейки. Правда, теперь я более избирателен в выборе тех, кого хочу послушать.

— Как ты увлекся музыкой?

— Музыку я люблю и слушаю с раннего детства, мне повезло обладать всякими плеерами, а потом и телефоном. Родители познакомили с тем, на чем они выросли, у них хороший вкус, но довольно консервативный. Это стало отличной почвой, чтобы потом искать интересную, но менее известную музыку. Признателен всем людям, которые показывали мне что-то новое, учили и направляли. Сейчас слушаю много хип-хопа, осваиваю скретчинг. Недавно осознал, что поиск музыки — итеративный процесс: мне надоедают некоторые исполнители и жанры, я нахожу новые, потом возвращаюсь и открываю следующий, ранее неизвестный мне, слой, где опять есть что-то свежее или, наоборот, вечное. 

— Расскажи, пожалуйста, о миксе. В нем много хулиганского и мечтательного электро и брейкс. Какие у тебя предпочтения в звуке?

— Микс для Кинематики — это, пожалуй, мой фирменный звук, комфортная зона, сейчас ломанные ритмы составляют большую часть моей коллекции. Но в мире слишком много хорошей музыки, поэтому я не понимаю музыкантов и диджеев, которые придерживаются сугубо одной стилистики. Зато всегда вдохновляли те, кто экспериментируют и могут контролировать настроение своих треков или сетов. Меня чуть больше тянет к антиутопичному, нежели к оптимистичному звуку, но всё равно я не чувствую каких-то ограничений по настроениям. По поводу микса — я рад, что получилось объединить и передать мечтательное и хулиганское в одном флаконе.

🔘 AXT — українська продюсерка та діджей родом із Кропивницького. Грає переважно драм-н-бейс, джангл, дабстеп і техно. Водночас ще одна її спеціалізація — экспериментал та ембієнт, які можна почути під час її b2b з Andriy Kostyukov.  

Почала музичну кар’єру у 2015 році, грала зокрема в харківській Kultura Zvuku, на фестивалі «Брудний пес», також її можна почути на 20ft Radio та Gasoline Radio. Співорганізаторка формації Моціон.

It gives me a sense of security and the approach of a new phase that will bring me out of the darkness. I see that I am not alone, so I recorded an ambulance mix, particularly with tracks by Ukrainian musicians like Andriy Kostyukov and Zipmix». 

🔘 AXT is a Ukrainian producer and DJ from Kropyvnytskyi. She plays mostly drum'n'bass, jungle, dubstep and techno. At the same time, her other specialization is experimental and ambient, which can be heard during her b2b with Andriy Kostyukov.

AXT started her musical career in 2015, she played in Kharkiv's Kultura Zvuku, at the «Brudnyj pes» festival, and can also be heard on 20ft Radio and Gasoline Radio. She is a co-organizer of the formation Motsion.

His cinematic math-laden techno is a combination of beastial, off-pulse rhythms, clever metric modulation, inspired textures and punchy transients designed to bend the listener’s mind whilst providing a high-impact full-body massage groove to the dancefloor.

Fierce and punishing, title tracks ‘Manufactured Conflicts’ and ‘Orbature’ pummel away at the consciousness where the only way out is through whole mind and body surrender. Manipulations of the mind play out in the two end-game scenarios of ‘Artificial Landscapes Part 1 and 2’, where lightness and tension interlace between man and machine.

Samuel Kerridge thoughtfully re-engineers ‘Orbature’ re-pacing the structure and contributing additional textures to the piece. His rework sculpts a haunting industrial feel to the track.
