Surprising release by Gerd on the Basement Series with an old classic themed techno track he found on a dusty DAT tape while archiving some old recordings. Somehow a traditional techno track with metalic basslines, stellar string sounds and retro futuristic vocals with a classic theme... time &amp; space. The original slower paced version did get an reshape/makeover that gives it a 2011 update that will be a standard record in the box for many! Remixers on duty are Rotterdam's Duplex duo who are back in business and deliver two remixes. Timeless tracks that will stand out between all dj tools!

We are happy to announce the forthcoming vinyl release of 'Last Transmissions From Jevvers', the latest release from UK based musician Caldera. This evocative collection was recorded between 2018 and 2024 in Caldera’s home and studio at Jevvers, Brighton, a creative space surrounded by a tranquil grove that deeply influenced the EP's nature-inspired sound.

The record stands as a heartfelt farewell to both the physical studio and the vibrant community that shaped the Artist's journey in the past 9 years. Each track resonates with the organic atmosphere of the studio’s unique setting, offering listeners a glimpse into Caldera's creative sanctuary. Notably, the EP features a collaboration with queniv, developed remotely in early 2021 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges of lockdown, the Artists exchanged stems and ideas online, forging a connection that transcended borders and restrictions.

Clone Classic Cuts serves another cult Italo disco classic! Gorgeous female vocals slapped on that lovely 80's synthesizer/drum programming. This is one of those releases that easily makes it into the top 50 of all time greatest italo disco songs. Produced by Roberto Ferrante (also known for his Pinneaples project) and originally released on the obscure Airport label in 1984. We managed to restore and re-master the original versions and the lovely 'Paris' mix. On top of the original versions we serve you a new re-rub by italian Italo specialist Bottin (Eskimo, Artifacts etc). Bottin did a great job with a new crazy soundhack mix that cranks up the energy level and makes it more jackin. Pretty amazing when you realize that these tracks are making people dance for 28 years now. More then enough reason for a proper re-release on high quality vinyl. Enjoy!
