My first production after a several years hiatus has taken long days (and nights) to polish, I try to keep it raw and dark. Hope you like it since this is an appetizer for more productions to be published soon. Stay tuned!

Thirty-one grames

Clone2Drone is the alias of Madrid-based DJ and producer Carlos Cervigón. His path in the electronic music starts in the early 90s with his discovery of the underground techno club-scene and his fascination with the possibilities of the emerging technologies which provoked in him an urge for self-expression that lead to sporadic incursions at the turntables of reference local clubs such as Bali-Hai or Coppelia 101. From the low-profile of his studio he's sustained an evolution that roots in his obsession for the technical excellence in the mix, equalization and the use of vinyls and expands to the digital transit and the start of his production work, this has granted him the absolute freedom and independence that conforms his own musical identity and allows the influences acquired through the years to see the light in the shape of raw analog dronescape sounds extracted from his gear which are thoroughly processed to create ambient textures, dark atmospheres and hypnotic moods.

Reboot 2013 is his first public session after a several-year hiatus and tries to set a new direction towards a bigger public exposure of his of his work either in sessions and live sets or his own productions.
