Isola is Ivana Carrescia, an artist and synthesist based in the Las Vegas desert. For Isola, there is music hidden in every sound around us – the howl of wind, the whirr of traffic, the blank hum of a refrigerator. Isola’s debut EP on Los Angeles's Godmode label pairs her glassy vocals and musique concrète style with minimal house and dub techno reminiscent of early Chain Reaction releases. Across all seven tracks she worked closely with Godmode co-founder Nick Sylvester, the producer behind other Godmode breakouts such as Channel Tres and Yaeji.

Past In Our Pockets

Hey we're Cloning, thanks for checking out our music! We write songs from Perth, Western Australia, about growing up, love, loss, failing friendships and nostalgic feelings. 

In 2021 we released our second EP 'Wounded Healers' and last year we toured Australia for the first time! In 2023 we're releasing more tunes and hitting the road touring again!

Three of us (Felix, Nic, Jack) have been friends since we were 13 and met during high school. We shared similar music tastes and started writing music more regularly after the sudden loss of one of our best friends. Later we met Bevan, who joined when he moved to Perth from Kalgoorlie, a regional mining city in the Goldfields, where he grew up. 

Music has always helped us out no matter what stage of life we're in, whether it's a high or a low. We hope that our music makes you feel good in some way. Take it easy.
