"Frankie Elyse really likes tunes. She listens to tunes in the shower, she listens to tunes when she’s cooking, she even listens to tunes when she’s going to sleep. But Frankie Elyse thinks that her choice of tunes are better than everyone else’s, so that’s why she is a DJ. She has played all over the UK and across Europe, forcing everyone to listen to her tunes in venues such as Sub Club and Sneaky Pete's. Since clubs are closed at the moment, she can only politely ask you to listen to the tunes in this mix, which she thinks are actually pretty decent."

LE4H (@le_4h) is an upcoming 21 year old Hard house DJ from Dublin, Ireland. 
LE4H started recording and posting mixes on her social media accounts back in April 2020 and has built herself a loyal following along the way . She then decided to take her mixing skills to the next level under the mentorship of Pierce Rooney, one of Irelands very own Hard house legends, attending his electronic music school RMSDublin. She has gained the confidence and notoriety across Ireland and internationally for her unique style and mixing techniques that she has acquired while under his wing. You can expect to see more projects from LE4H in the future as she has been asked to provide guest mixes and live-streams for brands both at home and internationally. Make sure to keep your eyes and ears peeled for those.

Jordan (@jomurray10) is a 22 year old DJ & Events organiser from Fife who loves all things Techno! Alongside DJ’ing, Jordan has recently dived into the world of music production. 

Jordans first experience of DJ’ing came in 2019 where he held his own sold out debut show with Scotland’s very own rising star, Frazi.er. 

Following on from his debut show, Jordan managed to secure himself a weekly residency at one of Fife’s top nightclubs, Society. This residency has led Jordan the opportunity to showcase some of the many bangers to all of Society’s regular punters…some of which, he’s included for us in our latest guest mix👊🏼🚨

Jordan has a lot of exciting plans in the forthcoming months, all of which will come from his massive announcement due this week🔥

Up this week we have Greg Thain (G-Reg), an Aberdeen based DJ who is originally from Forfar. 

"I have been DJing for around 4 years now and only this year I have began playing venues. Before that, I'd play at any house or flat parties I could kart my decks to. I am also now a resident DJ of Afro Beats Dundee.

I primarily play techno/breaks but I switched it up and put together an hour mix of house and techno. These tracks have solid hitting beats but you can find a little groove thrown in there too."

This week we have Ross Singh, a 16 year old DJ based in a small town called Castlerea in Ireland. Although he is half Scottish (Irvine) on his mums side.  

"I’ve been djing for going on two years and have always listened to techno and tech house mainly and thought I should give djing, I haven’t looked back since. Djing a few house parties set in stone that I loved djing and had a passion for music, making mix’s and sending them to my friends as often as I could. Getting the chance to possibly feature on Close Contact is the biggest accomplishment in my career so far as you have had some unreal people play for yous and I want to say how grateful I am for this opportunity."

Up this week we have techno DJ, Cadzow (@aaron-cadzow-2). Cadzow's relatively new the game but that didn't stop him placing 3rd in Interchanges Speedy J Mix Competition.

"Placing 3rd in the competition motivated me to take DJing more seriously and led me into producing. I recently made my first track, ‘Fried’. I’ve been heavily influenced from all Sub Genres of Techno such as Industrial, Acid and Groovy. And I am Influenced by DJs such as Parfait, Hector Oaks and Future666. My goal is to play Live this year."
