This playlist contains 3 audio tracks. One is the file with an “induction”, another is the file without an “induction” so you can just loop it, and the biggest file has the “induction”, and the loopable part playing 5 times.

A 10-minute induction file of guided relaxation and listening to my voice. This includes a trance induction trigger, but otherwise has no other effects, only taking some time to relax together.

Induction with trigger

This file is built around gym motivation and muscle growth. It's meant to be used after my earlier induction file and relies slightly on the trigger that I create in that. The goal is to build your motivation and energy to hit the gym and push hard, as well as developing a healthy relationship with your body. No other specific trigger or effects, just some flexing.

Gym/Muscle potential

This file is focused on a mindless muscle flow (with a little bit of dumbing down). It's meant to be used after both the induction and the gym motivation file. The goal is to continue to build that connection to a flow state where it's easy to connect to your muscle and strength. It also encourages slightly slower conscious processing and the enjoyment of being a fun, carefree jock. It's not meant to be an intense effect, but please be cautious and understand your limits there. As always, a section of the file reminds you that you can skip any suggestions that don't fit for you while choosing to connect with the ones that do.

Mindless muscle flow

This file encourages the listener to be a dumb jock and take on several stereotypical behaviors, including:
    • feeling more connected to muscle
    • stopping and flexing in front of mirrors
    • processing thoughts more slowly and losing track of ideas
    • saying “duhhhh” more often
    • drooling more often
    • laughing and flexing when ideas are too complex
The file reinforces these behaviors as you notice and enjoy them, but never refers to them in a degrading way. It includes suggestions at the beginning and the end to say that while these effects are strong, looping and building, they only happen when the listener is safe and the context is right. Please be aware of your capacity around these types of files and play safely.
This file uses a trance trigger from my induction file, but once that trigger is in place, it should be able to be used in connection with any of my other files easily.

Dumb jock behaviors

This track is focused on helping the listener feel confident, comfortable and prepared wearing their gym gear, and to feel energized and focused at the gym. The listener will feel more accepted and connected to others at the gym, and empowered to stay centered on their own workout rather than compare to others. They'll also feel connected through a unity of purpose to other jocks at the gym. 
This track uses a trigger set in the induction file, but should also be able to be used on its own. I'd suggest you make sure you have access to a gym or workout space soon after finishing listening to this file.

Gym acceptance

This track is focused on a powerful, rewarding feeling for getting through a workout at the gym. The listener will feel more fired up and excited when they’re enjoying a post-gym pump, and encouraged to find time to flex and show off for themselves in the mirror. They’ll also feel empowered to embrace self-care in stretching and getting the food and sleep they need to give their muscle the best chance to grow. This track uses a trigger set in the induction file, but should be able to be used on its own.
