a true diy ethic would prove useful with the tools he gathered throughout his childhood. self-recorded samples, vintage toys, repaired electronics, (plus a harmony that inspired some of his lyrics), this collection of songs will warm you with soft & fuzzy nostalgia. 

electro-toy-twee paired with lofi-bedroom-pop, Basil the Mouse's live performances were a show of multi-tasking talent. combining toys, snare drum, synthesizer & casio keyboard beats ~ as well as an intercom mic taped around his face xD oh. and costumes of course ;p

this demo is indeed timeless, just as his previous release, "your hands feel like home". these 14 tracks were dear to many, and lost throughout some time. containing expression unlike before, the playful & slice of life lyrics will stick in your head all day, and may leave you just as heart-spun in love as myself.

his ear for tunes has created another timeless capsule contained in a spray-painted custom stencil cover & wrapped in a plastic baggie (cover art)
