This is a glittered-up rework of 'Gods And Monsters' from the Tropico film, stripped back and layered into an end-of-night dancefloor explosion.

A song like this doesn't come along every day: a world-class Manchester anthem. Our aim was to make it even *bigger*, more lavish. We took the cinematic house sound of late 80s Inner City and combined it with the widescreen pop feel of John Barry to make something, we hope, will make your heart swell.

We're the only remix crew in the world to have been officially asked to remix both sides of Lana's top 10 debut single. We are releasing it today to celebrate her playing the first date of her debut world tour, in our home city of Manchester on Friday 4th November.

As a reaction to all the online criticism of Lana for not being 'authentic', every sound on this remix apart from Lana's voice is completely synthetic. Great pop music isn't about being 'real', the best acts reach for something bigger, better and more glamorous than the everyday. This po-faced stance betrays a lack of imagination and a loathing of creativity. David Bowie wasn't actually from Mars, but it doesn't make his music any less awesome.

This is a mashup of our official remix for Saint Etienne and our reworking of 'Just One Kiss' by Tim Burgess and Ladyhawke. We were working on these tracks at the same time and being huge fans of both singers (and Ladyhawke as well!), we thought we'd see how the two tracks would fit together to see if it would match up to their Christmas single. Clique - Bedroom Party Mix!

Hot on the heels of last year's series of Hype-Machine blockbusting Club Clique remixes - including Lana Del Rey's Video Games (one million plays and counting) - this is our first track of 2013: a Club Clique remix of our favourite Cat Power track, given away for free download this week to coincide with the video release of her stunning song 'Manhattan'. 

We've kept the warm, dreamy spirit of the original track and dressed it up for a night on the town, giving it a blissed-out, early-summer-late-night dancefloor feel. The brand new 'Manhattan' video itself received more than half a million views in less than a week, and we've also done our own remix of the *actual video clip*. 

This remix is inspired, in part, by the time LCD Soundsystem came along unannounced after the last date of their final UK tour, to DJ our clubnight, playing the most obscure and incredible electronic disco tracks we'd ever heard. This remix is our love letter from one city - Manchester - to another - New York.

Sleigh Bells - Rill Rill (Clique NewTrends Remix)

Clique is a clubnight and remix crew from Manchester. Club Clique ran for seven years at Joshua Brooks, Mint Lounge and Deaf Institute, bringing in record crowds to each venue. We were voted the best DJs in Manchester by the Manchester Evening News, twice.

Since then we've DJd at multiple venues across Manchester, from underground bars to the city's biggest nightclubs. We've provided DJ support for Nile Rodgers & Chic as well as performed the opening set at Creamfields festival, plus played high profile sets at other great UK festivals such as Kendal Calling, Festival #6 and more.
