QUBISM features compositions created with quantum computers. It results from Miranda’s research into harnessing emergent quantum computing technology to compose.

EDUARDO RECK MIRANDA'S INTRODUCTION TO QUBISM
While having learned classical musical instruments since childhood, my preferred tool for composing is the computer. I have been delving into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovative computing methods for composition for some time now. An intelligently programmed computer can collaborate in the creative process, offering fresh insights and ideas beyond my own.

Spinnings and Swirling Qubits are live recordings played with the Q1Synth instrument. Q1Synth is a software sound synthesiser that makes sounds with a qubit. The qubit is visualised on the computer monitor as a sphere. A continuously changing sound is produced while rotating the sphere with a peripheral, such as a mouse. At specific times, Q1Synth communicates with a quantum computer on the cloud to process the qubit. This results in an unpredictable dynamic sound.
For the rendition of Spinnings, three performers played a Q1Synth each using wireless gloves and rings. For Swirling Qubits, a performer donning a sleeve made with smart textiles played the piece with choreography information relayed wirelessly to four Q1Synth instruments.

@951012 Hod's EP “Biodecoding”, consists of four tracks that characterize this work for its depth, soul, and a richness of textures and harmonies that explore the physical and mental process of healing and evolution of the mind.

“Higher Regions” opens the EP with a depiction of the mind's ascent into higher levels of consciousness. Using ethereal sounds, ascending harmonic progressions and spatial textures, it evokes a sense of elevation and expansion, symbolizing the beginning of a journey towards clarity and inner peace.

“Dystopian Eternity” follows with an exploration of inner struggle and turmoil. This track reflects the dark and challenging moments the mind faces, using dissonant textures, fragmented rhythms and industrial elements to create a tense and challenging atmosphere. It represents the eternity of the inner struggle and resilience of the human spirit.

“Antimatter Method” delves into the methodology of mental disintegration and reconstruction. This track uses antimatter as a metaphor to address and transform the negative and unknown parts of the mind. With complex rhythms, deep bass lines and granular synths that disintegrate and reform, it symbolizes constant movement and change, destruction and renewal.

Finally, “Biodecoding” focuses on mental and physical healing on a molecular level. This track features layers of organic and synthetic textures and evolving harmonies that reflect the healing process. All of this adds an emotional dimension, connecting the listener to the introspective journey towards self-understanding and regeneration.

Overall, the “Biodecoding” EP addresses mental and physical evolution through healing, guiding the listener through a journey from consciousness elevation to inner regeneration. Visually, this EP can be accompanied by images of dreamlike and abstract landscapes, blending natural and futuristic elements to reflect the fusion of the organic and the technological in the healing process.

Dalmata Daniel's third LP comes from Rapha, marking his return to the label after contributing to its split and compilation series. Known for bold acid treatments and dark, futuristic tones, Rapha takes his craft to new heights on Midnight Dancer, which also features remixes by CT Kidobó and PRZ.

The album opens with 'I Win U Win', pulling listeners into an adventure of pulsing basslines and cosmic, minimal electro. CT Kidobó’s remix then twists it into a darker, seductive French-inspired club sound. The third track, '...And Them', continues the journey of the opener with mechanical beats and textured soundscapes, while 'Alien Dance' highlights Rapha's signature sharp, distinct style—leaving a strong mark on the deep electro club scene.

On the flip side, 'Midnight Dancer' plunges into a hypnotic realm of haunting echoes and distorted rhythms, with heavy basslines reverberating through the darkest corners of the mind.
