Goldie Palm's journey into the realm of music reflects a profound love for vocals, rhythm and beats that ignited her passion for DJing. Born from an early admiration for music's captivating power, her story began amidst the pulsating heart of Berlin's club scene.

Her enthusiasm for music found a home in 2020 in her very own radio show, "Palm Paradise", which is broadcasted by RBL Berlin. Meanwhile, she found her residence, as well as gratefully a place within the local scene, in Leipzig. 

With a sound that encapsulates the essence of House while embracing a strong influence from the 90s - the era of her childhood, her sets resonate with heavy bass lines, strong vocals and touches of acid, synth wave, and indie dance.

As we are looking forward to celebrate Loser Records' 5th anniversary this year, we are happy to continue our beloved podcast series and have our friend Marie Lung on board to take over this March's episode.

Marie's love for music began at a young age, and she began DJing in her early 20ties in Hamburg. After honing her skills and gaining experience playing at local clubs and events, Marie began producing her own music, drawing inspiration from the underground house music scene in Berlin.

As a DJ, Marie is known for her dynamic and engaging sets, which seamlessly blend together different styles of house music. Marie just returned from her first international Tour in India and her performances have taken her to some of the most prestigious festivals, including FUSION, GARBICZ or NACHTIVILLE and Clubs like Frankfurt’s ROBERT JOHNSON, Hamburg’s PUDEL or Berlin’s HEIDEGLÜHEN, to name just a few. 

She just released her debut EP „Ivy Blues“ on the Manchester based label „Dreaming Forever“ where she teamed up with techno veteran .VRIL and Session Victims’ own Matthias Reiling who delivered killer Remixes. 

If Marie is not in the DJ booth spinning records, you most likely find her on the floor.

Though highly respected by her fellow jockeys for her mixing style and impeccable skill at that, she’s a fan first and a club kid at heart – which seems to be a major reason for her ability to immediately connect with different kinds of crowds in various settings. 

Despite her growing success, Marie remains grounded and focused on her art, constantly pushing herself to evolve and experiment with new sounds and techniques. With her unique style and infectious energy, Marie Lung is definitely an artist to watch in the world of house music.

Never thought my excitement level can reach a level like this, but yes - I played my first vinyl-only set after 10 years at HÖR. And honestly - I started with shaky hands. Technically I could have been much better, but that doesn’t matter because I felt 55 minutes of pure joy and I am super grateful to got this opportunity. Even though it was about 400 degrees in the booth, I couldn’t stop dancing. So if you ask about my sexy glow - it’s a sweaty happy face, playing for you. 💚💚💚

Klausi has been collecting vinyl for 15 years and DJing for 12 years. He prefers House music and its related Subgenre, such as Acid, Disco, Detroit, Chicago and Deep House. He has been active in various formats in the cultural and club scene in Rostock for several years. His focus is on networking between different people and existing projects, as well as creating and designing spaces for people who want to express themselves artistically and musically.

In his free time, he is actively involved in collective work. On the one hand, as a curator, he designs the "It Works - Collective" podcast series and moderates its organizational and booking structures, among other things. On the other hand, he is part of "Palette e.V. Rostock" and is involved in various roles and functions.

On various occasions, Klausi already had the chance to keep the crowd moving, for example, at Fusion Festival, Freiland, Pangea, Wilde Möhre, Tanztag, ROSA, Fundbureau and JAZ Rostock.

P.S.: House music will never die.

Club Jerome surely knows how to get people together and igniting a dance floor. He’s the first and last one on the floor, throwing peace-signs in the air & shaking his lengthy body from left to right.

Jerome's passion for music kicked in as a teenager, growing up in France, soaking in influences from both his French and German cultural heritage. He learned how to play the bass guitar around the same time, and was “slapping da bass” in several bands before discovering the world of Hip-hop and DJing. 

As a DJ, Jerome found himself in the sunny-city of Sydney. The 6 years he has spent down-under have really shaped his music taste: Picture him delighting the crowd with undiscovered treasures from the 90s house scene and underrated B-sides. His DJ style evolves between 4/4 House (massive Kerri Chandler fan!), to groovy and jazz infused house via Latino and drum-heavy hitters. 

Now based in Berlin, Jerome is making waves at venues like Æeden, Bulbul Berlin, Agatha Hopfen, Mokka Bar & boat parties (like the Venga boat!). He has even taken to the airwaves with a radio show on THF Radio, sharing his wider music taste.
