With "Away" Didaem delivers a moving, fully conceptual work of art, which we, as Wout Records #93, let out to our listeners. The underlying concepts of this EP are based on variability, with complex bass rhythms, never-ending synth lines, and characteristic drum loops that can be found in the foreground and background. Major and minor keys control ascending and descending emotions while listening, and the sudden change of key always carries you away again and again. The composer loves periods of rest; they are sources of dynamic, like the spring that makes the tree blossom. Although all 6 tracks are technically on the same high level, the cooperation of Dideam and Rasch in track "Seable Blue" should be emphasized. It is a resonator-guitar-like melody that gives us a grin. Every other element is carefully lined up around this main theme. All in all a musical jewel.

Cards on the table, Murat Uncuoglu has been an honorary Seladorian for longer than any of us probably care to admit.

A leading light on the Turkish Electronic Music scene for almost 3 decades, the Istanbul based Producer has recently been strengthening his reputation around the World with a string of releases on such esteemed labels as Innervisions, Exit Strategy, Multinotes and his own blossoming Isolate imprint which he helms alongside his longtime partner and friend, Alican.

Now he adds Selador to his already impressive CV courtesy of the triumphant ‘Eye To Eye’ EP - Three original productions of equal merit and potency that all shine brightly on their own meteoric pathways.

The title track arrives into the ring brimming with swagger, delivering a first-round flurry of punches few will recover from but in the unlikely event you’re not immediately on the floor, ’Compass’ then lands another lethal combination - a proper pair of mind melters that will bring tears to your eyes and a wobble to your jaw. We give green light to Fensterbilder and his Blanco Amanacer EP (White Granite). Like the rock, the main track rests within itself, moves forward bit by bit, picks up momentum and spills out in a variety of circular timbres. The transmitted field of moods is calm to deep, affecting to restrained; everything is presented via multi layered synth pads. Many small industrial-like samples hide in the background and contribute to the dark ambience. We also encounter "Desliza" with wide atmospheres. This track with its large low frequency reverbs, which are located on drums and the synthesizer components, integrates itself into a structured sequence of loop-based rhythms. By comparison to the previous tracks, "Marmol" is more pulsating. There is a constant change of sounds that are guided by arpeggiator melody. The choice of percussion samples is reduced to the most necessary, which gives the composition a clarity. The EP tells a night's story; that's exactly where it should be played.
