This set is a fast-paced alignment of thriving trance, hard(banging)core including eclectic experimental elements, while not missing a typical emo beat drop. Vich Mind is huge trance energy, hardcore stimulation, big nxc emotion and spacious cyberpunk landscapes. They fuse industrial bass, hardcore and high acceleration trance into a signature blend of pure energy inspired by the humor of early PC Music. Based in Vienna they're onto queering the scene to its limits and building new spaces at the fringes of the scene.

His DJ sets are drenched in trance techno and hardcore, driving club energy and surging rave stabs. Splitting his time between making otherworldy hard-dance music and performing live, he also designs new digital instruments. UVCORE, will release his highly anticipated album, Tales of the Sun, via Los Angeles’ Evar Records on April 14th. And they are kicking things off with the video for their lead single, “White Fungus” – a colossal dance track packed with delicate, twinkling melodies and thunderous 4/4 beats. UVCORE's next show is at MAXIMUM EUPHORIA in Bristol (UK) on March 31st.

UVCORE is a London-based DJ and producer creating enchanted signature melodies that rise above thunderous 4/4 beats. His DJ sets are drenched in Helvetic Techno-Progressive and Mediterranean-Progressive, driving club energy and surging rave stabs. Splitting his time between making otherworldy hard-dance music and performing live, he also designs new digital instruments. His laser-based sequencer UVTOWER was presented at Ars Electronica Festival (AT) and art space Spazio Maiocchi (IT) for a performance commissioned by EDEN POWER CORP. 
His track "Tirrenia" featured on the 2020 compilation 'SPF lnfini' by the Canadian electronic artist, TDJ, and another track, "Positive Messages", was released on https://soundcloud.com/tremorsrecords in 2021. Recent live shows include a performance at Pitchfork Music Festival 2021 as part of a night curated by PC Music, and a set at Maximum Euphoria (Bristol) with Fakethias. But Tales of the Sun which will be released on https://soundcloud.com/evar-records , an experimental electronic label based in Los Angeles is his most complete and ambitious re­lease to date. His track Only One Dream has been premiered on the irish club culture magazine Four Four Mag, and his project has been recently featured on the Berliner Kaltblut Magazine. 
UVCORE's music is defined by pleasurable contrasts. The psychedelic and fairy-like fantasies that inspire the album seem to be at odds with the highly technological basis of the music itself. And yet UVCORE'S tracks are infused with a magical and whimsical feel: it's romantic, ecstatic and sometimes intensely melancholic.

This podcast is by our resident Elfriede Blut, who recently retired their live-setup in favour of music production and can now be found behind the decks sometimes. It's a fast mix between Sextrance, Psytrance, Techno and Breakcore, selected for dark and sweaty peak-time dancefloors, then dialed down a little to fit the podcast experience of listening to it via headphones on the subway. Those who have been at our Exil party 10 days ago might recognize the material in parts. It's a product of the same track pool, so if you enjoyed their set live, you'll probably like this mix. Take this as the final wrap-up of the humonguos amount of Exil content we fired at you for the last months.
