Obsrvr, which began in 2017, is the project of Sean Millican who also creates under the monikers of Dimentia, Cinkrillian Weight, Montaux (w/ Xanopticon), and Kanopic Descent (W/Amber Amnesia). 
Its main focus is on Electro through the use of Hardware instruments to create Audioglyphick imprints on thee mind and sub/concious. 
Based in Olympia, Washington, Obsrvr has been a part of the West Coast underground scene for over two decades. 
This Transmission was recorded live with all Hardware out in the woods outside of Olympia,WA

Lulu is a DJ, who enjoys surprising her audience with her pick of electronic records. Her sets are filled with psychedelic rhythms, subtle vocals and moodswings. She is a former Strange Sounds From Beyond resident and radiomaker. Lulu's interest in music does not stop at the decks. In recent years, she has investigated sound from a social scientific perspective. She is currently researching the sonic significance of Algerian TikTok.

Westbahn is a musical outlet based in Vienna, Austria that was established in 2019 by Noel Dinse and Leonard Prochazka. With the process of selecting, collecting and archiving material they reflect on their socio-political surrounding and seek for possibilities to transcend given structures.

In their showcase „Westbahn und Freunde“ they present three musical collages by Simon Heidemann, Paul Ebhart and Firmament as well as original unreleased music from Vienna by Simon + Christopher + Paul + Leonard, Geier aus Stahl and Taurus.

Weith is a Romanian/Swiss producer and DJ based in Geneva known for his rave acid-tinted beats on the imprint Brainwaves (which he co-founded with his fellow aliens). He has contributed with a track on the last V/A on Hilltown Disco and has released music on labels such as brokntoys, Touched Music, Mechatronica and many more.


Like all his releases and DJ-sets, the mix spans over a vast sonic territory with a focus on breakbeats, IDM and jungle music.
