Under the stars music festival sunrise set.  My first time playing live by myself and first time really performing and only the second time ever using CDJ’s happened to be in front of a packed crowd with tons of my homies going on right after headliner and record label owner Sheps !!  Set time was 5-6 am and I expected nobody to still be up,  I had slept for the last 5 hours and when I woke up everyone was still up sending it and dancing their ass off!!! The dj that helped me put my songs onto my usb the day before slept through his set and Sheps a crowd favourite filled in for him.  Having to play after such a sick set where the people were having the times of their life was definitely nerve racking.  Nobody could believe it was my first time playing and the looks on my face when the mixes worked were god dam priceless.  This is my first recorded mix and first festival slot.  one love. 🙏❤️🔊🎶🥳💯

I want to thank the Space Cowboys for considering me for their local heroes lineup and publishing this RIPEcast. Even though I live in NYC (hehe shhh), I feel a huge connection and bond to a lot of you and feel so very at home every time I visit San Francisco. I am so happy that I was able to be a part of this really fantastic event. From execution of the the details, to the absolutely bangin music all damn day, to the fans, to the friends, to the t-shirt - BOC is a class act. Thank you! <3

💥TECH HOUSE💥 Cmax is a second generation DJ.  His father was among the first djs to start the movement and offer to play records as an option for live music in the early 70's. Music was very common around the household which consisted mostly of reggae, disco, top 40 and funk. sporting an impressive 16 shambhala festivals to date, along with many others his taste in music is on point with the west coast underground music scene. Funk, house and hip hop. His sets normally combine live vocals with non stop dancing.  High energy track selection start to finish.
