With this last jamn, my participation in the Seed to Stage Jamnuary Challenge is complete! I'm rather happy with what music came out of me these past couple weeks. In spite of returning to school and having pre-employment tasks to do, I still made time to jamn. I think I want to continue uploading jamn-like ideas on here so I can share what my recent music sounds like, and also to build good musical habits, i.e., getting better at DAW-ing, instrumentating, recording. I hope I can also at some point practice incorporating singing into my uploads here, among recording other sounds, and doing regularly scheduled collaborations with my fellow seedlings. I'm doing some more jamns about eight months after I started doing them in January of this year. I want to get back into music-ing and this is my disconant, beachy re-entrance. 

Jamn 15 // Blumbering Rummage

This is another fall jam I made. It has vocals, which I'm surprised turned out all right and they're growing on me with more listens. I used my electric guitar, recorder, and some drum samples I found. I made the whole thing today, so I'm feeling good about my pacing and how much I accomplished in a couple hours. It's my second fall jamn, and I hope I make more to get better at making music in Ableton.

This track is my first entry to the 2026 Seed to Stage Jamnuary Challenge. I enjoyed using my main instruments in this one, namely the electric guitar and the recorder, as well as the keyboard to increase my sound. It's only going to multiply

Walk in the Park // Jamnuary 2026 Jamn 1

For my second jamn, I wanted to make a track with the strings sound from my Yamaha keyboard. Of course, this meant some limitations on what works with that particular sound. So, I ended up with a gentle song that sounds like it belongs in a castle

For my third jamn, I made a piece with electric guitar, singing, and a couple drum samples. I'm hoping to improve my song writing skills during this challenge!

For my fourth jamn, I decided to write lyrics again with a strong rock mood. I really like connecting song parts with suspended chords, so I did that here, just like with my last jamn. Cheers to rocking out!
