One of the main concerns for people experiencing this is thinking that anyone they tell will think they are crazy, or less than they were. The track aims to let the listener know that it's ok to talk about it and your friends and family are there to support you and help you.

"Long Night" is a story of a man and woman having trouble dating in a digital dating world. Wanting something more, that someone special, this couple tries to find that someone in clubs, but fall back into old habits of one-night stands. Eventually, they find each other and realize that they have that someone, their forever and always.
