    During the winter of 2007-08, a subtle disquiet swept over the West side of the City. For over a year, this trepidity percolated and festered as it grew beneath the surface. Finally, in the spring of 2009, the first sighting of Cmn ineed yr hlp was reported. In a fury of dynamic changes and obtuse angles, the shadowy trio tore through a set that entranced the small group of citizens that had gathered to witness the spectacle.

    Over the next year or so, sporadic appearances of Cmn ineed yr hlp were documented, but little sense was made of their purpose. Then, in the spring of 2010, a transmission came across the worldwide web. It was “The Curse of B’zhang”, an allegorical tale composed by the mysterious threesome. The saga follows B’zhang, the culmination and defender of the City’s aggregate creative soul. B’zhang is tasked with the challenge of battling the darkness that threatens to swallow the very essence that conjures his existence. Over the course of a largely verbless half-hour, Cmn ineed yr hlp challenges the listener to consider what drives their passion and how much they’re willing to sacrifice as they struggle for survival in the physical world.
