"Intuition" is an album by C.M.P. 

This body of work takes you on a journey through love, pain, growth, hope, faith & overcoming which is visualized through a worldview of polished rawness. "Intuition" creates a lane for C.M.P. as it pushes the boundaries of how traditional hip hop music is presented from the songwriting to the production. It fuses elements of singing as well as spoken word into the collective body of work. Songs like "Signs", "Personified" & "Calculated" are more upbeat while songs like "Soul $ale", "Escape Myself" & "Heart of the Matter" are heavier in subject matter but all from an authentic place. C.M.P. says "As a man that has seen both sides of the world, the light & the dark, this is a bold declaration of what has been lived out on both sides so that the listener may understand that the reason that this record was cultivated by me is due to divine intuition & by God Almighty's divine intervention." 

The process of creating the album took over a year. C.M.P. started with the tracklist then the beats then the words came. All songs were written by C.M.P. & all production was created by C.M.P., save "Royalty (Theory I)", which was cultivated by Montréal Cain. The sound is earthy yet airy in nature. It is compromised of high & mid level synths with light accents in the background that creates sonic atmospheres, coupled with warm, deep bass & lush drumming patterns. 

The title "Intuition" stems from the word which in several respects means to have a direct connection or direct perception to truth, an unseen ability to acquire or manifest truth with an intense understanding of wisdom. C.M.P. believes that intuition is a gifted to all believers. The Holy Spirit guides us to all truth due to the sacrifice of Christ. As God leads, we must be willing to follow by faith & not by sight, leaning not on our own understanding but by the higher understanding of Almighty God as gifted to us, His children, via intuition. 

The artist C.M.P. is making it his mission to donate 30% of the proceeds to three non profit organizations: ALIVE, Running Rebels Community Organization & an international Christian ministry in Pakistan.
