هذه المفارقة تناقشها الإعلامية آمال العريسي مع دكتور محمد رضا سلطاني أستاذ العلوم السياسية بجامعة تيسمسيلت بالجزائر الذي يتناول مفهوم الدولة الريعية بناء على الحالة العربية وإفرازاتها مع تقديم الحلول الممكنة  لخروج العرب من اقتصاد الريع.
