Over the past decade and a half she has spoken at numerous national industry gatherings and led workshops for corporate executives across the country. Amy is also a psychotherapist and an executive coach.

In addition to being a somatic and program leader for the Newfield Network, she is the co-founder of eōs wellness center; a transformative wellness clinic in Boulder, Colorado that blends Coaching and Chinese medicine within an integral context.

Lorie Eve Dechar's intuitive work as an alchemical healer, mentor, and teacher is supported by a strong foundation of theoretical understanding and clinical experience, including over thirty years of Chinese medical practice, twelve years as a senior faculty member at the Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City as well as years of teaching at institutes and retreat centers throughout the United States, Canada and the U.K. Lorie is the author of three books.
