These are a few finished songs from an OST Jam album that I dropped off a couple weeks ago. 

I made the game about an RPG village, sprawling wastelands to explore and a vibrant city in the middle of it all, bustling with life and magical power.

Mastered these tracks just to put them up for anyone to listen to. I think they sound really pretty! Hope you enjoy.

[Story]
After defeating Crispy Woods, the fog lifts from its eyes. “My… what is going on? Where have I…” Kirby, Bandana Dee, and Poe are puzzled. Crispy Woods must have been possessed! “Well, I must thank you three for saving me from that… haze… A- are you three alright?” Just then, the ground begins to tremble, and the sky grows dark. “Not again!” thinks Kirby. They all look up…

	A massive, tar-black hand extends far from beyond the sea and looms overhead. …And it’s getting closer! “Quickly!” Crispy Woods says. “Take this, quickly!” Something falls from his branches. It’s a warp star! The gang leaps onto the star, as it whisks them away just in the nick of time before the colossal hand encapsulates the forest where they were…It takes them far, far away from the island, over the glistening ocean.

	The warp star staggers and fades before crashing into a lake on a distant island. Kirby and co. find themselves on the aquatic landmass of Lonestar. “Is everyone alright?” says Bandana Dee, before noticing a deep storm cloud in the distance. Kirby and Poe turn to where he’s looking. If there’s one thing they’ve learned recently, it's that where there's a storm, there's a threat. Onwards, Kirby and friends! Travel deep into Lonestar!

every summer, my family and i would travel to an island to visit my surrogate grandparents.

i had this image in my brain of the island being the most perfect place on the planet. but when i returned there years later, i came to realize that such a place had never existed.

the land itself, the nature, was still beautiful, but the inhabitants were corrupting it. it wasn’t the haven that i remembered, except for my surrogate grandparents, who remain the light of the island.

i still love the island, but my idea of it has eroded. nothing is perfect.

this album is a bittersweet ode to a beloved place that has become unfamiliar over time.
