Woke up feeling pretty good today after a long work week and decided I'd like to record a new mix to compliment my newest digital art piece entitled "Primordial Origins". Laced up with many of my favorite selections, from lush & vibrant to dark & hypnotic, there's a little something for everyone. I enjoy the journey of this mix quite a bit and hope you will too. This year, for our Black Box monthly takeover, we've focused on a more collaborative approach, inviting our favorite crews to join us. To kick off 2024, we were joined by our family, Konkrete Jungle Mile High.  They brought with them Adam Hester, S2PS, and Khariszma to represent.  S2PS performed one of the best mutli genre sets we've heard in the lounge. S2PS has been DJing since early 2000. Spreading the sound and love of DnB, UKG, House, Jungle, 140, Breakbeat, and Hip Hop.
S2PS is the founder of UKG proper and a resident for Upfront Range, Altitude Sickness, The Distinguished, and this was his debut set as resident for KJMH.

Adam Hester is a resident for Upfront Range and hosts Konkrete Jungle Mile High alongside the original Konkrete Jungle New York resident Cassien every fourth Friday in the Lounge at the Black Box. It’s a night showcasing the best in proper jungle, from the classic anthems of the mid 90s on up to the new sounds of the 2020s. Adam has been DJing and collecting records since 1996 and specializes in music rooted in the Sound System cultures of Jamaica and the UK, spinning everything from reggae and dancehall to dubstep and jungle.
