COBRA'CORAL is a vocal research collective, based in Porto and formed by three artists: Catarina Miranda, choreographer who aproaches voice as an essential component in her stage work; Clélia Colonna, singer and performer researching on eastern and mediterranean polyphonic singing; and Ece Canlı, artist and musician working with extended vocal techniques. 

We approach vocal projection, as a building element of surfaces, bodies and spaces engaging our different singing qualities, technics and backgrounds in order to build a common vocabulary which we practice within an organisative system. By sustaining a triangular pulse within the group, we elaborate repetition and variations on rythmic, harmony and narrative: A progressive and circular structure that we call the PULSING SYSTEM.

We are currently in process of creation and composition.
