This is what happens when something that happened on my trip to the South combines with my half-awake brain at 3 in the morning and a track somehow ends up coming out of that.

I started on this track a while ago, but didn't really know how to finish it up until more recently. This was one of my earlier experiments with playing synth lines myself instead of relying solely on loops.

Partial songwriting credit goes to Deftones and Max Calavera, since the main melody of the song comes from their song "Headup."

Last night, I decided to make the kind of track that you can listen to before the big game and get hyped to. But then the intense parts went nowhere and the quiet parts that were supposed to provide a breather ended up growing and becoming the entire track.  My creative process is like that sometimes.

Oh, and the title doesn't make sense to me either. It just sort of fit.

Guess who's baaaaack? I've been caught up with real life and various other projects, but I finally found some time to make another track. It's probably one of the most intense songs I've done up to this point. Hope you like it!

This one goes out to someone very specific. He knows who he is.

When I heard this track, my first thought was to make a grime remix of it, as the basslines will probably tell you. But I think Bonnie's vocals on this were the main reason this evolved into something that straddled the line between grime and dubstep instead of just being straight-up grime, especially once I got to the bridge and worked the original song's lead synth and guitar solo into it.

I wrote a new line on a different synth, changed a couple other elements up, and made this. Consider it a VIP mix.
