Listening to Clique of Bruh's is like hearing the whole of Hip Hop music in one artist. Existing in the space between mainstream and underground hip-hop, his music somehow ties the tradition together while placing his own unique stamp and personality on it. And in the tradition of the greatest artists, they rap truth straight to your face, with no apologies or hesitation and a commitment to excellence above all, making him an exceptional young artist on the rise.

Like many great artists in the Hip Hop tradition, Sneak-E da Sneakster & Joe Fresco were first exposed to music through their parents. Both of their families parents were heavily influenced by music of all sorts.  Any given day you could hear sounds of The Gap Band, Luther Vandross, and The Isley Brothers all the way to Hall and Oates coming from his household. Joe Fresco performed in his first talent show in the 2nd grade with some friends. Dancing and singing to Bobby Brown's "My Prerogative" which they came in 2nd place. It was at that moment he knew he wanted to be a performer. "Every since I was a boy, I knew entertainment was for me", Joe Fresco states.

 

Clique of Bruh's really started to develop their craft in junior high school. By high school they started recording in a professional studio with two seperate crews. Joe Fresco had formed a rap group called "Self Made Hustlaz" and Sneak-E had formed the group "Lethal". Before graduating high school; they had performed in over 15 talent shows and did various performances at house parties, juneteenths, etc. Joe Fresco's Self Made Hustlaz also had a finished album titled "Low to Hi". They began selling it out of the trunk and using grassroots promotion. The album quickly became a must have within the city. "We sold over 2,000 copies, all independent". Sneak-E's Lethal followed the blueprint putting both rappers on people's to watch for list in the city.

Both groups would separate shortly after due to creative differences. From there, Sneak-E and Joe Fresco decided it was time to brand their selves. Cobruh Gang started recording songs with bay area super producer Traxamillion. Their buzz started to grow big within the city, As Sneak-E recalls, "I always knew we could make a classic, and we aint settling for nothing less".

In listening to Clique of Bruh's music, "Show Them...Show Them All" conveys it all. Its there in "Hustleholic or Da Coast," where hardcore yet witty rhymes unites with infectious beats create something utterly mind-blowing. Cobruh Gang also shows their ability to make a hit record with songs like "Cool Breeze" and "Been Doin This". "We want to be respected lyrically like say an underground artist; however we're not trying to be an underground artist, we trying to be an international icon". "So we have songs on the album that can reach different targets". "This album can target audiences anywhere from the Bay to New York to Japan to Germany". Joe Fresco states.

Clique of Bruh's has been building up their fan base through playing shows and internet presence, but it's clear that their ambition is enormous. "We want to be an international superstars," Sneak-E declares. "We always been a dope and now its time the world should know." Our attention to detail is meticulous: "We scrutinize every piece of everything and we do everything professionally." "When Show Them...Show Them All drops this winter, you're going to know what I'm saying".

Clique of Bruh's is one of those rare groups that has it all; charisma, style, talent and distinction. With the right production, it's clear that they don't think in terms of limits, but they instead see everything being possible for his music and their career. Joe Fresco concludes, "We being doing this for so long, a lot of ups and downs. "A lot of questioning and doubt, but knowing we about to give the people one of those memorable albums, it makes the long road we walking well worth it".
