Beyond excited to play my first set in the legendary dome. Friday night vibes in the dome were HIGH and I cannot be grateful enough to the Syncity crew for having me and seriously bringing the most epic dancefloor energy. It was pure magic and I was also excited to bring a darker, dancier flavour to my selection.

What a way to kick off Underland 2024 in the Syncity Dome. Vibes were high full of excitement of what was a sensational burn. Thanks again to all crews who put in incredible efforts to put on such a stellar event. This is a driven tech house and techno based set full of energy with a melodic closing of the dome Thursday night. Enjoy!

Still buzzing from an unforgettable night in the dome! Huge thanks to the SynCity crew & Underland for creating such an electric dancefloor – the vibes were off the charts. I’m so stoked to share this set with you all, filled with afro, tribal, and darker beats that took the night to a whole new level. If you were there, you know what I'm talking about – if not, here's your chance to feel the magic and relive that wild ride together!

Big love to our ringleader Kunal for pulling it all together, and to Amandine, Jen, and Mad Angel (Benji) for bringing their fire to the decks. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to share the stage with!

Following an uproarious Cocolympics in the paddock, Coco Poco Loco's party continued in to the evening with the Effigy burning and wind ravaging. After the burn and some on-point sets, as cocktails flowed from the Coco bar, this was the closing set from around 9-10:30pm. Vibes were high. Legends were in abundance. Joy and dancing reigned. <3

Underland 2024 - Coco Poco Loco - Burn Night

For the last decade, Sunday at Rainbow Serpent has been my favourite day of the year. 

This year I had the absolute pleasure of playing on the Coco Poco Loco art car, with some of my oldest and newest friends, for the black-tie event ‘Last Drinks on the Titanic.’ 

As the sun set over the main stage area, the stars shone, the beautiful car lit up the dance floor and we descended into the depths of night.

This year at Burning Seed I had the great fortune of playing on the incredible Coco Poco Loco art car on Saturday night during the Effigy Burn.

I was also celebrating my birthday that night, so took the opportunity to play a few Revolutionary tunes from the last decade among some faves from 2015.

Sunday Evening. Tom Baldwin is taking us into the evening with a beautiful selection of Coco Poco Loco favorites. The new sound system is crisp and clear, and the warmth of the bass keeps us stomping on as the moon rises above us. The end of the set gets everyone into a haze, with some shedding a tear. As the tranquil moon drifts over the sky above, the deep bass and the flames keep us warm on a beautiful Sunday night. It late into the wee hours of the morning, and we know Mad Monday is just a few hours away, but we can't leave the dancefloor because the music is so good. Our friends old and new are here, and the cheeky MadAngel is grooving us on under the stars.

They say he is the one who named Coco Poco Loco... It's Sunday night at Rainbow Serpent Festival and this Coco veteran has returned home, once again bringing an exceptional collection of music. A big crowd has amassed as people stumble upon the renegade Artcar somewhere in the night, digging in for the evening to hear some wonderful deep music on the new custom built sound system. The bar is open, and the superb Coco vibe is once again bubbling into the evening. Welcome back Luke Waldron, it's so great to see you again!

Sunday Night:
After the magnificent Temple Burn, and with the tinkling of shattering, stained-glass still ringing through us.
We braved the cold night and pulled together, drawn to the flames of Pinky and energised by a special Dan Woodford set.

With weary bodies and minds, we pointed the Locomotive into Deeper Space and let rip for one final fling. An epic outpouring of the human spirit. A signal to whatever is out there of our intention to do things right.

Coco stalwart Brendan Jones, aka Blunderbuss, has always brought a live element to his sets. From the earliest days at RSF, spinning electroswing until the early hours, and in more recent times, often charged with warming up our spaces to start the party, he has taken this job perhaps a little too literally and built a flaming trumpet. 

This banging electro set, put together for the Tickled Pink party at 24 Moons, marks a return to DJ'ing for Jones after a hiatus, choosing to focus on live music and performances for our last few events; and what a welcome return this is. Turn it up!

Coco Poco Loco's stunning new 'Loose Caboose' parked in the shadow of the Effigy for a stunning day party, as we created a slice of Paradise in the Paddock.

I appreciated the opportunity to play some spacious and dreamy daytime tunes, as we recovered from Friday and built towards the Big Burn.

Another incredible Burning Seed Festival with a bunch of freaking legends. Enjoyed myself thoroughly with this set on Burn Night on the CPL Art Car. Played during the burn, so its a journey of ups and downs. Much respect goes out to SynCity theme camps CPL, MEM, BOB, Kraken, Mint Country Club, The Den, Efigy and Temple crews for putting in a solid effort and continuously bringing the best vibes.

Post Temple Burn - Burning Seed 2018

I felt pretty humbled to be asked to play on Coco Poco Loco's artcar for 'Dan Bleaney' Post Temple Burn tribute party. 

For those who don't know Dan, he was a fine man and one of the pioneers of theme camps in Melbourne. He has inspired many and brought a bunch of amazing crew together to make Coco the beast that is today. You can certainly see his influence in many other camps who started after CPL and joined the madness!

After the Temple burn SynCity came together as one and paid its respects to a legend who shall not be forgotten.

Every year it just gets better & better, so much love & magic everywhere I went :) And to top it off I got to make my debut on the CPL art car after the Effigy burn, and into the New Moon!! I decided to bring out my inner warrior, and thought some techno could be in order to keep everyone's blood pumping on a chilly night. So much love & gratitude to my CPL family.

Burning Seed - CPL Effigy Burn night

The vibe was electric inside and the music was being played through the Coco art car PA outside as well, spilling across Syncity.

Due to last minute changes I didn't play on the Coco art car but played upstairs at the absolutely amazing Morning Joint theme camp.  What an incredible experience.

As the sun set on Friday at Burning Seed 2019, three art cars rolled in to Sunset Island for Burning Seed's (possibly) biggest art car sound system hookup & party yet, with Bhima the Dragon, the Coco Poco Loco-motive, and Kamp Kraken's K-Sub all audio linked with Sunset Island. As the dusk settled, the dust flew, and day turned to night, this set was played from the Coco Poco Loco art car, with sound systems tuned for maximum immersion.
It was a true joy to be a part of such a visionary moment. Big thanks to everyone involved in making it happen. <3

Coco Poco Loco - Post Temple Burn 2020 - Fin Ominal

Burning Seed was very different this year with Covid restrictions and lockdown in full effect in Melbourne, Australia.  Nevertheless, the burner community worked really hard to create an event that so many people still got to share online.  Was great to hang out in the seed sparkleverse and listen, watch and chat using twitch, mixcloud and zoom.
Coco Poco Loco worked hard pre-recording mixes from Melbourne and around Australia and played them over the 3 days.  The wealth and range of good music was fantastic.
I hope you enjoy my set, was so good to play with Coco again this year, even if it wasn't on the paddock.❤️
