If there’s one thing the Spaniards have mastered, it is the perfection of locked grooves with percussion a plenty. That is exactly what Eduardo de la Calle gets bang on. Be As One, for those of you who’ve yet to encounter the label, has always been a reputable source for solid tech-house goodness. The label, ran by Israeli producer Shlomi Aber, clearly has an ear for the more refined and cultured sound of the spectrum so when they announced that the two would be colliding for the release of Eduardo's Die Hochste Gottliche EP we were expecting big things.

Following on from Markus Suckut's impressive debut on the imprint, De la Calle serves up two slices of deep, melodic and thoughtful Techno, the opener of which, Wildheit, we have the pleasure of unveiling today. Check it out.

This time it's straight from the shadows, with masterful input from Mighty Thor, Savas Pascalidis and Border One as well as newcomer DJ Redo.

Cocoon Recordings has been founded in the year 2000 as a part of the Cocoon Music Event GmbH. Sven Väth has initiated Cocoon Recordings in order to complete the Cocoon platform as a supporting tool for young artists in Electronic Music. The label philosophy is as simple as demanding: helping young producers and DJs to release their music without depending on Major Label structures. The releases can mainly be assigned to the genres Techno and House.

Cocoon Recordings as a label and Sven Väth as an artist stand for the use of vinyl as sound carrier, also in the future. Admittedly, the Digital Division of Cocoon Recordings has also been set up in 2008 and the numbers of downloads are indeed enjoyable. However, the label's focus is on vinyl, now and in the future. In order to complete the range of services that Cocoon Recordings offers, the publishing company Cocoon Publishing was founded in 2010.
