This is a song I wrote and produced in 2020. it's a lot more drum and bassy than I'm used to but I wanted to experiment and go out of my comfort zone so i can be more versatile with my production <3

Pretty In The Sheets

This track tackles the taboo yet heart wrenching experience of dating someone with an eating disorder, yet the song itself is easy to listen to as Coco uses the metaphor of clothes -“deep pockets that are starting to fray” to make the lyrics more digestible. In doing so the song can be a lively, electronic dance ballad but upon closer inspection the lyrics have more to offer than what meets the ear.
