...Photographs have appeared on the internet on several occasions showing gatherings of apparently motionless sperm whales standing upright in the water. The mammals, which are about the size of a bus, almost always appear to be "standing" and in groups of five or six.
French photographer and director Stephane Granzotto captured this behaviour during a dive in the Mediterranean, where he was documenting sperm whales for his photographic book on these creatures entitled Cachalots. In the gallery photographs, uploaded to National Geographic's photo community, YourShot, he indicates that the whales had been sleeping for an hour.
A 2008 study published in the journal Current Biology was the first to conclusively document the upright position whales adopt for sleeping.....

...En internet han aparecido en diversas ocasiones fotografías que muestran reuniones de cachalotes que aparentemente no se mueven y están dispuestos en posición vertical en el agua. Estos mamíferos, que son del tamaño aproximado de un autobús, casi siempre parecen estar «de pie» y en grupos de cinco o seis.

Thank you very much Oddrun and Ad for this very fine  second collaboration between us.
As Oddrun writes in her description the song was written and finished just before the outbreak of the war in Ukraina.
 We are overwhelmed with sympathy and sorrow for all the poor people who are suffering in this meaningless war, 

 this is a song that focus on the wonderful peace in nature.
Emily Jane Brontë (30 July 1818 – 19 December 1848) was an English novelist and poet who is best known for her only novel, Wuthering Heights, now considered a classic of English literature. She also published one book of poetry with her sisters Charlotte and Anne titled Poems by Currer, Ellis and Acton Bell with her own poems finding regard as poetic genius.

A real pleasure to be part of the 2020 Unconformity Festival based in Queenstown Tasmania This year Dani and I, along with 8 artists from around the globe were asked to re-score an old Sci-Fi movie as part of Unconformity's UNTV live night. Naturally enough all activities were via the Internet this year and the show was broadcast on October 17th 2020 There is almost no info about the 1926 film Dani and I were given other than the year it was made.
