"To Be A Burden" is Coda Nova's debut track release, hitting all platforms 04/08/2022. This song was the first the band put together upon forming in 2020, and the band feels it well represents their passion for dynamic and theatrical rock music that tells a story.

The song is written about the inner conflict we face as we are battling the adversities life can swiftly lay at our feet. This life can enrich us, or it can pain us, and ultimately that choice is our own through attitude and adaptation.

Ganymede is Coda Nova's second studio release, taking on a much brighter and more cinematic prog rock feel than the previous, "To Be a Burden". The song's subject matter is set in the distant future and from the perspective of an astronaut tasked with saving mankind by traveling to Jupiter's moon, Ganymede. This must be done in order to colonize the moon into a safe haven from a failing Earth, however much of the remaining people are reluctant to leave and demonize the mission in the media.

Ganymede bolsters all of the beloved attributes of prog rock - compelling transitions, massive guitar tone, exceptional musicianship - all coupled with a gripping vocal hook that is sure to echo in listeners' heads.

FABLE is the 3rd studio single released by progressive rock Atlanta band, Coda Nova, and works to markedly categorize the band in the genre clocking at 8 minutes long. The song is a deviation in attitude from the band’s previous releases in early 2022 but maintains a clear love for cinematic composition. Influence of Dream Theater, Haken and Rush are clearly illustrated within the music as the song progresses through it’s sections and refuses to settle into one time signature or vibe. 
While the instrumentals occupy the spotlight of much of the song, singer and lead guitarist, Max Eve, tells a story with his characterful vocals side the dramatic riffs and pounding drum fills. Poetically gripping lyrics describe an empire in decline and how our narrator is responding to the disruption and chaos engulfing his world. FABLE holds nothing back and is sure to aid in giving this upcoming band a comfortable foot in the door with the prog community.
