I decided to experiment with some of the unfinished demos I have for my upcoming live set. After several hours of playing around with the tracks, I am excited to share an interim result with you.

The upcoming liveset is a culmination of my creative energy, and I have worked hard to keep the psychedelic vibe alive throughout. The combination of different elements, including basslines, beats, and synths, has created a unique sound that I believe will resonate with the psychedelic music lovers.

One day, while exploring the shelves of the bookstore where they worked, the individual stumbled upon a dusty, ancient tome tucked away in a forgotten corner. The title didn't matter; the allure of mystery prompted them to take it home. Little did they know that this book held the key to a magical adventure that would transport them beyond the boundaries of reality.

That night, they opened the book and began to read. The words seemed to come alive, swirling around them like a gentle breeze. Before they knew it, they found themselves standing in a vibrant, otherworldly landscape. The sky above was a canvas of colors unseen, and strange creatures roamed freely.

No longer in their mundane apartment, they stood in a realm of fantasy and wonder. As they explored, they discovered the power to manipulate the environment with the force of their imagination. Majestic castles, soaring dragons, and lush landscapes manifested with a mere thought.

Days turned into nights, and nights into weeks, as the individual lost themselves in the pages of the book. However, as time passed, a sense of longing crept into their heart. The once-charming creatures cast shadowy glances, and the vibrant landscapes lost their luster.

With a heavy heart, the individual closed the book and found themselves back in their apartment. The once-dull surroundings now seemed familiar and comforting. They had experienced the thrill of escaping reality but had also learned the importance of balance. Cherishing the magic within the ordinary, they found joy in the mundane. The book remained on the shelf, a reminder that sometimes, the most extraordinary adventures are the ones we create within the pages of our own lives.

In a hyperrealistic realm where the boundaries between reality and fiction blurred, lived a stoner-esque SpongeBob SquarePants named Sponge-Bob HempPants. His pineapple abode, otherwise friendly and inviting, was surrounded by a shimmering aura in this psychedelic dimension. The air smelled of a strange mix of incense and psychedelic vapors.

One day, while Sponge-Bob was rolling a particularly special joint in his living room, a detailed, photorealistic Mr. Krabs appeared. His eyes glowed like gemstones, and he whispered with an uncanny clarity, "Ahoy, Sponge-Bob! Sell these psychedelic delights, and we'll be richer than ever!"

Guided by an unknown fascination, Sponge-Bob followed Mr. Krabs' instructions and began crafting colorful pills to sell. Each pill was a tiny masterpiece, detailed to the smallest detail and mindblowing in its effects. Customers flocked, drawn by the surreal pineapple now shining like a psychedelic circus.

Amidst this drug-induced hustle, Patrick Star emerged, grinning from ear to ear. He said with a dreamy gaze, "Hey, Sponge-Bob, I'm digging a hole in the ground now. Who knows, maybe it'll lead to another dimension full of colorful starfish gummy bears!"

While Patrick dug his hole, the psychedelic reality around them began to crumble. Horror and gore mingled with vibrant colors, and the detailed pills transformed into monstrous creatures. A splatter show of disturbing proportions unfolded as series characters distorted and grotesque.

In a fit of trippiness and panic, Sponge-Bob exclaimed, "This is too much, Mr. Krabs! What have we unleashed?" But Mr. Krabs, still photorealistic and detail-obsessed, laughed maniacally, shouting, "Money, me boy, money!"

The dimension itself seemed to twist and stretch as Patrick deepened his hole, and a strange black fluid oozed forth. As the fluid touched the ground, everything turned black.

And then, in a mindblowing moment, a rift in reality opened. Sponge-Bob, Patrick, and Mr. Krabs were drawn into a vortex that catapulted them into a world where they no longer existed as hyperrealistic characters but as bizarre, living illustrations in a psychedelic book of infinity.

A sound journey inspired by the ancient wisdom and mysticism of the fly agaric mushroom. 🍄
The track mirrors the transformative effects of the sacred mushroom Amanita Muscaria—unlocking clarity, creativity, and mental strength, while remaining grounded in calm.

Do we not all, each in our own way, exist in a world of our own making? A world born from our individual experiences, perceptions, and influences?

At times, we long to share our vision of the world with another. To step into someone else’s world, to see through their eyes... And sometimes, we feel an undeniable connection to another's world—perhaps because it seems to reflect our own, or because it completes us in some way.

Yet, no matter how hard we try, we can only ever catch a glimpse of the world of another. We can never fully understand or dive into the depths of their being.

Should we not sit together once more, share our worlds, tell our stories? Perhaps revisit old threads, thoughts, and moods? Paint whimsical mental images, experiment with new sounds, and embrace a little chaos and creativity? And above all, leave plenty of space for our dreams to breathe.

Once a key figure in the underground music scene, Code Chaos played an integral role in shaping Abstract Sound Design and Psymotion Events, helping to build these forces that now echo through the scene. However, after countless releases that left their mark, Code Chaos has shifted focus to the more private aspects of life. Now, the music comes sporadically, as the soul behind the sound retreats from the limelight, leaving behind only rare glimpses of the chaos that once defined them. The music is still there, but no longer driven by the constant push for more. Instead, it emerges as a reflection of a personal journey, quiet and intimate, with only the echoes of the past reverberating through the soundwaves.

To all the Chaos Kidz and supporters of Abstract Sound Design, Acid Manufacture, WAV Untergrundmusik & Psymotion Events—thank you for being part of this journey over the last years.
