Welcome to the underground of the Portuguese underground. Not necessarily the oldest members, but at least among the most active and the most honest, because WTVR and 451F are the kind of artists who are deeply involved. Whether it's a career as a “pyromaniac” visual artist or one made up of encounters and accidents, these two producers share a desire to defy the boundaries between genres, both thirsting for sonic experimentation.
So, is it still footwork? Is it still jungle? Or halftime? Or breakcore? Not really... and a bit of all that at the same time. And that's what makes this production so interesting. Temporary secretary started life as a synth riff written by Paul McCartney in the 80s for his track of the same name. As soon as I heard it I knew it would be perfect for a moody techno/electro stomper. You follow the path. The forest grows darker, the deep purples turn to black and the sky vanishes again. You find yourself becoming more and more sleepy and feel like you’re walking through treacle. You lose consciousness.

You open your eyes and find yourself in a dense forest, surrounded by tree trunks all different shades of purple and a low green mist that obscures the view to the sky.
